  • Year: 2020
  • Genre: Romance, Life, School

Before you jump to a conclusion by reading the logline, let me make things clear. If you are a long-time BL fan you have already watched enough of this. I only recommend this to starters who are just exploring the fancy world of gay dramas.

The story centers on two high school nerds. Gun Tossakan practices medicine whereas Bar Sarawat is an engineering student. Both being popular in high school, clash into arguments multiple times.

It is a quick binge of just four episodes with not so sentimental exposure to a gay relationship.

We have seen many Thai BL dramas that have used the ‘lovers to enemies trope” in the past. But the approach that this took with this overused trope was a treat to watch. A smooth screenplay and great acting give a sweet and lovely experience to the viewers of this drama.

Pi is an average student who is self-conscious about his appearance. He has a crush on the most popular boy in his school. Pi’s dreams of proposing that boy are shattered when he meets Mark, his love rival.

Pi tries hard to get ahead of Mark in this love race but always ends up failing. Though in this process Pi starts to develop feelings for Mark, making things more complicated.

  • Genre: Comedy, Romance.
  • Year: 2023

Bed Friend is an excellent thai bl show that is sure to leave viewers wanting more! Uea and King have an unlikely friendship, but it is one that slowly blossoms throughout the show. Uea is a very private person, and is often put off by King’s “casanova” attitude.

Despite this, Uea and King become close as they both share a deep connection with their friend Jade. As their relationship progresses, the audience gains a better understanding of Uea and King’s characters and, more importantly, their bond. This show will have you laughing, crying, and most of all, feeling entertained. Don’t miss out on this one-of-a-kind show!
