In an exciting announcement, Shogakukan’s Ciao magazine revealed that Rikka Kise will be launching a new manga spinoff based on the popular Pokémon Horizons: The Series anime. Titled “Pocket Monster Yormichi Volteccers” (Pokémon Detouring Volt Tacklers), this comedic manga will debut in the magazine’s upcoming issue on August 3.

But that’s not all! Manga artist Kahori Orito took to Twitter to share that the final chapter of their manga “Pocket Monster Liko no Takaramono” (Pocket Monster Liko’s Treasure) has been published in the same issue. This manga, which began its run on May 2 earlier this year, has captivated readers with its thrilling storyline.

For those unfamiliar with Pokémon Horizons: The Series, the anime made its grand premiere on April 14 with a special one-hour episode. Fans can catch this exciting show every Friday at 6:55 p.m. Since its launch, the anime has been a hit among viewers of all ages, offering a fresh and captivating take on the Pokémon universe.

What makes Pokémon Horizons: The Series truly unique is the introduction of brand-new dual protagonists, Liko and Roy. Together, they embark on a thrilling adventure that brings together beloved Pokémon from the Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet video games, including Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly. And let’s not forget the awe-inspiring appearance of the legendary Pokémon Rayquaza, shining brightly in its Shiny form.
